Sales & Business Development Executive - Industrial sector

Addinol India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lubricant Sales Executive for General Industrial, BOPP/BOPET & Food and Beverages Lubricant personnel to join our team. The chosen candidate will develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue and expand market share for our industrial lubricants.

Job description
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets and grow market share in BOPP/BOPET, General Industry, and Food & Beverage sectors.
  • Ideal candidate possesses strong sales background, extensive automotive industry knowledge, and outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients in target industries (manufacturers, traders, distributors) using market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify key accounts and establish relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing timely solutions and support.
  • Work closely with the marketing, logistics and account teams to ensure seamless coordination, delivery of products and the timely follow up of the payments.
  • Provide feedback on market demands and product performance to relevant departments(Technical).
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Close sales and ensure timely processing of orders.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote ADDINOL products and services and expand the company's presence in the target markets.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team highlighting achievements challenges and future plans.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales preferably in industrial lubricants
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft office.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Day range:Monday to Saturday

Automotive Sales & Business Development Executive

Ideal candidate must have sales background, extensive automotive industry knowledge, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet Management-set targets and objectives in the automotive lubricant segment.
  • Monitor and pursue emerging business prospects in the automotive sector, including dealerships, workshops, and fleet management companies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and support for enduring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze the market for trends, competitor actions, and customer needs to formulate targeted sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and account teams for smooth product coordination, timely deliveries, and prompt payment follow-ups.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, detailing sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
  • Keep abreast of automotive lubricant industry trends, technological progress, and regulatory shifts to integrate updated knowledge into sales approaches and customer engagements.
  • Attend events to network, promote Addinol products, and stay updated on industry trends.
Educational qualifications, Requirements & Skills:
  • Bachelors / Masters in Business administration or any equivalent field. 7+ years of proven working experience as a business development manager / sales executive or a relevant role, preferably in the automotive or lubricants industry.
  • Proven sales track record, preferably in the automotive or lubricants industry.
  • Strong understanding of automotive lubricants, including their applications, specifications, and performance benefits.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English , Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam
  • Market knowledge

  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills

  • Salary: ₹25,000 - 30,000 per month plus incentives
