Product Description

Addinol Hydraulic fluid HFD U 46 is a flame-resistant hydraulic fluid formulated with ester – based components, offering outstanding biodegradability. This hydraulic fluid is equipped with specialized additives that enhance its resistance to wear, corrosion, and aging.

It is important to note that the operating temperature of this fluid should not consistently exceed 90°C . While short term temperature spikes beyond this limit can be tolerated, if the hydraulic system operates at elevated temperatures for an extended duration, it is imperative to adhere to the maintenance guidelines specified in the equipment’s operating instructions. This may involve more frequent oil changes to ensure the fluid’s optimal performance and longevity.

Applications:

• Excellent suitability as hydraulic fluid in systems with special requirements regarding fire protection.
• Preferably used for plants, machines, and devices, which demand water-free hydraulic fluids, but would cause environmental damages by leakages with the use of mineral oils.
